Regular talks will be 10-12 min, plus 2-3 min for Q&A. Presenters must bring a PowerPoint version of their presentation on a USB to the Speaker Preparation Desk no later than the morning of their scheduled presentation.

Posters should be printed in a vertical (portrait) format (the panel size is 1200 x 1800 mm). The two poster sessions are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday. We kindly ask the presenters of poster sessions on Tuesday and Thursday to hang up their posters on Monday and Wednesday, respectively, and remove them at the end of their poster session. Velcro will be available at the site. Posters must be printed prior to arrival, as there are no printing facilities onsite at the Convention Centre.
